Cheddar Garlic Biscuits...A Great Snack!

I realize that, to most people, a snack would be some chips or pretzels, maybe a couple cookies. I am not a big traditional 'snack' kinda gal. I don't really care for cakes and cookies and sweets. This, to me, is a snack. Or a box of Kraft Mac n Cheese...another great 'snack'. I used to buy these biscuits ALL...THE...TIME when Heath and I were first married. That may be why I haven't had them in about 4 years...I got so sick of them from the first couple years were married. I was buying corn bread for last nights dinner, and noticed these on the shelf right above. Without even really thinking about it, I threw them in the cart. Glad I did. While many people compare them to Red Lobster's Bay Biscuits, I have to absolutely disagree with them. Red Lobster's biscuits are in a class all their own. We have one about 25 minutes away (in the same shopping center as the Old Navy!), and whenever I head down there, I ALWAYS pop into the bar a buy 6 Bay Biscuits to-go. And it's like, $1.50. Seriously...and it's about $3 for a dozen. I sit in my car in the parking lot munching on Red Lobster biscuits....Mmmmm...now I want some. ANYWAY! The point of this post was to let you know, if you see these at the grocery store, grab them. They're very good, whether you serve them with dinner, or make them for a snack :)

If you make these, you'll need 1/2 cup of water. Shouldn't be too hard to come by.
