Pulled Pork on Garlic Bread

'Pulled Pork on Garlic Bread'

2 lbs boneless pork shoulder
3 onions sliced and separated into rings
1 bottle favorite BBQ sauce
1 box of Frozen Texas Toast

Place meat in slow cooker. Top with onions and 3/4 of the BBQ sauce. Cover. Cook on low 8-10 hours (or high for 4-5 hours). Chop up meat inside slow cooker a few times while cooking and add more BBQ sauce as needed. Cook garlic bread according to package and serve with pork.

  1. I do the same thing in the crock pot but instead of cooking it with BBQ saucei use a can of rootbeer don't peek in on it the shoulder will fall apart after 8 hours on low!!
