Bacon Ranch Cheese Fries

Ok, please do not send me hate mail about this recipe. Really, I mean no harm. I saw a picture of these on Pinterest and decided I had to have them. Is this recipe good for you? Hell no! But was it tasty? You bet your ass!

I realize this isn't much of a 'recipe', but I figured I'd share it anyway. I made this one afternoon as a stand-in for lunch, but most people would probably make this as an appetizer or a snack...something to be shared between a few people. I happen to have everything needed for it, so I threw it together. Mmmmmm...good stuff. Though I'm sure you could cover a plate full of mud with ranch dressing and nacho cheese and it would be good.

Ok, well, I leave you now with these wonderful images of a heart-attack on a plate...have a great week!

  1. Good idea to use up my hash brown potatoes. Maybe use some shredded cheeses instead and sour cream with some ranch mix to flavor it up. Yeah, let keep the bacon, turkey would be a healthier alternative. And I will cook it for the weekend so I will be at work. I hope there will be leftovers and I hope there will be too. Thanks for sharing.
