Avocado Egg Salad

'Avocado Egg Salad'

4 hard-boiled eggs, peeled and cubed
1 large avocado, cubed
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
1 teaspoon curry powder
Pinch of salt and pepper


1. Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl.

2. Serve on toasted bread spread lightly with mayo, or on a tortilla as a wrap.
