Breaded Chicken Sandwich

This sandwich was born after seeing this picture on Pinterest. There was no recipe or link to go along with it, so I have no idea where it came from, but it looked easy enough to duplicate.

If you look closely at the photo, you can see they used some type of sauce or dressing (thousand island maybe?). I just used Miracle Whip. As for the chicken, I had this...

sitting in my freezer, so that's what I used (Schwan's also has some awesome breaded chicken). SO easy to throw this sandwich together when all you have to do is bake the chicken.

Also, I went with Muenster Cheese only because I like the way it melts, but you go ahead and use whatever you prefer.

Ok guys, have a great Monday! After about 3 days of rainy, cloudy days, the sun has returned, so I'm off to run some various errands and wash my car. And laundry. Lots and lots of laundry. Good times :)
