'Baked Salmon with Pesto and Salmon'
Source: eMeals Clean Eating Plan March 6-12


2 salmon fillets
1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
1/4 teaspoon sea salt
3 tablespoons pesto
1 oz crumbled feta cheese


1. Heat oven to 350. Place salmon on a lightly oiled, foil lined baking sheet.

2. Drizzle fillets with olive oil and sprinkle with sea salt. Spread pesto evenly over fillets and top with crumbled feta cheese.

3. Bake 15 minutes, or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
