Pork Chops with Pineapple Mango Salsa

'Pork Chops with Pineapple Mango Salsa'

Ingredients

4 boneless pork chops
salt and pepper to taste
garlic salt to taste
1 Tablespoon olive oil

Salsa

1 mango, peeled and diced
1 cup diced pineapple (I used canned)
4 basil leaves, chopped
1/2 red onion, finely chopped
juice of 1 small lime
2 tablespoons olive oil
salt and pepper to taste

Directions

1. Sprinkle the pork chops evenly with salt, pepper and garlic salt.

2. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add chops and cook until they're no longer pink and they are browned on each side (4-5 minutes per side).

3. Meanwhile, prepare the salsa. Add all the salsa ingredients to a medium bowl and toss to combine.

4. Once chops are cooked through, plate and serve with the salsa over top.

  1. Good luck finding a kitty.
I say a rescue kitty is best but I only have dogs so what do I know?
Rest assured they are all 3 rescued dogs!

And your mango salsa looks wonderful. Promise to give it a try.
