What a crappy day! Rainy, humid...bleck. It's cool though, I don't have much going on today. Thankfully I did my grocery shopping yesterday, so all I had to do this morning was go to the gym.
Tonight Heath and I are heading out to Mohegan Sun for some dinner. I've been wanting him to try Soltoro, the Mexican restaurant that's out there. We were gonna go tomorrow, but Kiss is playing tomorrow night, so we wanted to avoid the crowds and....colorful folk...that make up the 'Kiss Army'.
Ok well, I'm off to read my book. Not much to say about this casserole...stuffing, chicken, broccoli, cheese...it's pretty straight-forward. We all liked it...it was a quick and easy dinner to throw together in the middle of the week, so I can't complain.
Have a great weekend guys...see ya next week!
