Slow Cooker Tater-Tot Casserole



'Slow Cooker Tater-Tot Casserole'

Ingredients

1 pound ground beef, browned
1 can Rotel (mild or hot)
1 package of frozen Tater Tots (16 oz)
1 can Cream of Chicken Soup
1 small onion, chopped
2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded

Directions

1. Brown the beef and add in chopped onion and Rotel.

2. Pour beef and onion mixture into the bottom of a greased slow cooker.

3. Mix in the soup and place the tater-tots across the top

4. Cover and cook on LOW for 2-3 hours.

5. 30 minutes before serving, top with shredded cheese.

  1. I'm 68 and never made a tater tot casserole in my life but yours sounds easy and quick. I also enjoy knitting and some crochet and reading is my go to special place. Think I'll try the casserole tomorrow. I also post on pinterest.

    1. I hope you like it! It certainly is easy :) Not sure if you've read it already or not, but I just finished a really good book last night...'The Impossible Lives of Greta Wells'. It was one of those books that, now that its over, I really miss her! Just thought I'd recommend it to another book lover. For all I know you could be into science-fiction and Westerns though, lol!
